Carl is the National Manager Safety and Wellbeing at Fulton Hogan. He is also a Director of Site Safe, Chair of New Zealand Association of Accredited Employers and Chair of Roading New Zealand Safety Committee.
Carl has 20 years experience in safety and wellbeing risk management having run his own consultancy business and held senior roles at Fonterra, New Zealand Post, Woolworths and Fulton Hogan.
He has extensive experience in the construction, services, professional sports, aviation, primary production and education sectors.
Carl has the firm view that “Operational excellence in safety and wellbeing management is best observed when it is experienced as the daily basis of our habits and activity, it is only when our habits exceed our knowledge of safe behaviour we know we are on the right track”.

Alliance Group Limited - Group Manager Injury Management
Karen is the Group Manager Injury Management for Alliance Group Limited and is based in Invercargill. Alliance Group has been in the Accredited Employer Programme since 1997 and work at the tertiary level under the Full Self Cover option. Alliance Group has up to 5600 employees over 8 sites throughout New Zealand. Karen is also responsible for the management of Alliance Group’s Wellbeing Programme and Medical Centres.

Sarah Hills-Livingstone is the Executive Director of WorkAon, a specialist division of Aon New Zealand providing injury management services to over 50 of NZ’s largest employers in the ACC Partnership Programme.
Overseeing a nationwide team of 70 injury management professionals providing claims management and rehab services to over 60,000 employees, Sarah’s role includes:
• Development of professional standards
• Ensuring the quality of claim adjudications
• Facilitating the implementation of care models adapted to individual employer and worker needs
• Assisting employers with compliance and dispute resolutions

Megan has worked in Injury Management and Rehabilitation over the past 30 years as a clinician (physiotherapist) in private practice and more recently with PlaceMakers ( 2003) and Progressive Enterprises Ltd (since 2008).
Megan's current role as Injury Recovery and Wellbeing Manager is a leadership role influencing and supporting improved rehabilitation performance and wellbeing across all Progressive Enterprises Ltd's operations.
New Zealand Rugby - ACC Partnership Manager
Kerry has been employed by New Zealand Rugby as the ACC Partnership Manager since October 2003. She has worked in Injury Management since 1989 and Health & Safety since 2003.
Kerry's role at NZR also oversees the Health and safety management programme across Super Rugby, Mitre 10 Cup and National Teams as well as providing case and claims management for NZR staff and contracted players.
Canterbury and West Coast DHB - Manager of Health and Safety

Marilyn is the Manager of Health and Safety for the Canterbury and West Coast DHB’s, the Chair of the SI DHB H&S Managers group and is the Regional Representative for the National DHB H&S Managers group.
She has worked for over 20 years in occupational health and safety and staff wellbeing roles in both the health and private sectors.
Marilyn is particularly interested in promoting a culture within the health sector where safe behaviours occur every day and sound and sustainable systems are in place to enhance a safe work environment which enables DHB staff to deliver health care to the population of Canterbury and the West Coast.
